Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the artworks offered on this website by Sonia Cotto. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Artworks and prices
Each artwork is a unique piece. Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included. Shipping costs are specified before payment confirmation. Sonia Cotto reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applied is the one in force at the time of the order.
3. Order and payment
Payment is made online securely via Stripe (credit/debit card). The order is confirmed once payment is validated. A sold artwork is automatically removed from sale.
4. Delivery
Artworks are shipped with suitable packaging. Indicative times: mainland France 3–7 business days, Europe 5–10 days, rest of the world 7–21 days. Costs vary by zone and are shown at payment. Any import customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with return costs at your expense. [To confirm: custom-made / personalised works are excluded from the right of withdrawal.]
6. Warranties
The buyer benefits from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects. If an artwork is damaged during transport, report it within 48 hours with supporting photos.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge [mediator to be appointed], or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
